Upon logging in successfully to the course tool, you will be presented with the following form:

This form will ask you to change your password and enter two pieces of information - your mother's maiden name and your Walsh College issued Student ID. Your Student ID number can quickly be obtained from your class schedule, or from WebAdvisor by clicking this link. Students who are unable to get their Student ID from either of these two methods should email support@online.walshcollege.edu for assistance. Please note that sending an email request will likely take more time than locating your Student ID yourself.

These two pieces of information will be stored securely in our database and will be used in the future as a means to verify your identity in the event that you forget your password. Going forward, all password requests are first handled automatically via the system. Students then have the opportunity to answer the two security questions and log in submitting a password request to the Office of Online Learning. This will be a much faster way for you to get into the Online Course Tool if you've forgotten your password!

After completing the form, you will be able to log into the Online Course Tool and access your courses.
