You have indicated that you are taking at least one completely Online (V) or Blended (VB) course this semester and have never logged into the course tool before.

Since you are a brand-new online student, you must register for the Online Orientation Course. All students who take the Orientation Course will be provided with their username and password information via U.S. Mail shortly after registering for the Orientation class. The letter will contain information on how to access the course tool. Please note that students still will need to make sure that they have their Walsh College Student ID information handy for the first time they log into the course tool. Your Student ID number can quickly be obtained from your class schedule, or from WebAdvisor by clicking this link. Students who are unable to get their Student ID from either of these two methods should email support@online.walshcollege.edu for assistance. Please note that sending an email request will likely take more time than locating your Student ID yourself.

Additionally, students who choose to take the Orientation course in one of the on-ground sections available should bring the letter they received in the mail to the classroom. Doing so will greatly speed up the process of getting students into the course tool for the first time.

Students who do not wish to wait for the letter containing their username as password information via mail must perform the following steps in order to log in:

1. Log into your WalshMail account at this link. Your email address for this account will be username@mail.walshcollege.edu
2. In another web browser window, go to https://online.walshcollege.edu, and attempt to log in (leave the password field blank).
3. Your password will automatically be emailed to your username@mail.walshcollege.edu email account.
4. Use the information that was emailed to you to log into the course tool.
